NovaBridge Tech OÜ operates the Nodomono brand and manages the primary website https://nodomono.com (“Website”, “us”, “we”, “our”, “Nodomono”).
Nodomono is an online marketplace providing digital gift cards and mobile top‑up vouchers.
These Terms describe the rules for purchasing digital products on our Website, along with general usage conditions and customer rights. By buying any Digital Product from the Website, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Our Services are intended solely for authorized individuals or legal entities (“Customers”). Individuals must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal consent in their place of residence. Legal entities must be duly formed and operating under the laws of their jurisdiction. All Customers must have full legal capacity.
By accessing or using Nodomono’s Services, every Customer agrees to comply with these Terms. Using the Website forms a binding agreement between the Customer and Nodomono. If the Customer disagrees with any part of these Terms or if the Terms contradict local laws applicable to the Customer, the Customer must refrain from using the Website.

1. Customer’s account in Nodomono
To access Nodomono’s Services, individuals or companies must create an account. By creating an account, a Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Notice must be accepted separately; if a Customer disagrees with it, an account cannot be created.
Customers must be adults and must provide accurate personal information, including first and last name, date of birth, email, address, and phone number when requested.
Only true personal information may be used.
For legal entities, the individual creating the account must confirm they are authorized to act on behalf of the company and must submit valid company details.
Browsing the Website is possible without registration, but purchases require basic verification-at minimum, providing an email address.
Customers are solely responsible for all actions carried out through their accounts. Login credentials must be kept confidential. If a Customer shares them with third parties, the Customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
Creating an account does not establish a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or franchise.

By using our Services, you agree to follow all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not engage in behavior that is harmful, unlawful, or unethical.
Prohibited actions include:

These Terms remain active until a Customer terminates their account.
Customers may delete their accounts at any time and may register again in the future. However, all outstanding payments for Services or products must still be settled.
Nodomono may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time without prior notice. This may result in the loss of account data or ability to make purchases.
Services may be changed, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.
6. Payment and Fees
When placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed price, including applicable taxes and fees. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Payments must be made through approved methods such as bank cards, e‑wallets, or transfers. All transactions are handled by licensed third‑party payment providers. Nodomono does not store full card details.
We are not responsible for errors or fees applied by payment providers.
